How players join

In Minecraft, open Play, then Servers, and click Add Server. Enter the address and port from your server page.

Can Java Edition players join?

No, Bedrock and Java are different games. For Java players, order a Minecraft Java server.

Can Xbox, PlayStation or Switch players join?

Not directly: on consoles Minecraft only lists its own featured servers. Players can use a workaround like BedrockConnect to reach a custom server.

Can I bring my own world?

Yes. Export it in the game as a .mcworld file and upload it with the file manager. Marketplace worlds and packs can't be used on a server.

Where are the servers?

In a data centre in Helsinki, Finland, with DDoS protection. That gives low ping to players across Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark.

How fast is my server ready?

Usually within a few minutes of paying. We email you the address, and the control panel shows when it's online.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel under Billing and the server runs until the end of the period you've paid for. Within 14 days of ordering you can change your mind completely and only pay for the days you used.
