Ask Munin

Munin reads your server's console, logs and files, explains what's going on and proposes the fix. Nothing changes until you press Apply.

How players join

In Valheim, choose Join Game and enter the join code, or the address and port from your server page. The server also shows in the game's server list under its name.

Can I use my existing world?

Yes. Upload its .db and .fwl files with the file manager and restart. Munin tells you exactly where they go.

Does it support mods like Valheim Plus?

No. Servers run vanilla Valheim without BepInEx, which keeps crossplay working for players on Xbox, PlayStation and Switch.

Are characters saved on the server?

No, each player's character is saved on their own device. The server keeps the world.

Can I use world modifiers or a preset like Hardcore?

Yes. They're set in the server's start command, so ask Support and we set them for you.

Where are the servers?

In a data centre in Helsinki, Finland, with DDoS protection. That gives low ping to players across Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark.

How fast is my server ready?

Usually within a few minutes of paying. We email you the address, and the control panel shows when it's online.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel under Billing and the server runs until the end of the period you've paid for. Within 14 days of ordering you can change your mind completely and only pay for the days you used.
