Ask Munin

Munin reads your server's console, logs and files, explains what's going on and proposes the fix. Nothing changes until you press Apply.

How players join

In Satisfactory, open Server Manager, click Add Server and enter the address and port from your server page. The first player claims the server and sets the admin password.

Does the server save when it stops?

No, it saves by autosave. Save in Manage Saves before a restart, and keep autosaves frequent.

Can I use mods?

Mods are installed with Satisfactory Mod Manager over SFTP, which our servers don't offer. Ask Support if you want mods.

How much memory do I need?

Memory grows with the factory. Starter is fine to begin with; big late-game factories want Premium.

Where are the servers?

In a data centre in Helsinki, Finland, with DDoS protection. That gives low ping to players across Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark.

How fast is my server ready?

Usually within a few minutes of paying. We email you the address, and the control panel shows when it's online.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel under Billing and the server runs until the end of the period you've paid for. Within 14 days of ordering you can change your mind completely and only pay for the days you used.
