What you get with Garry's Mod

When you order, you choose the game mode, the map, the max players, the workshop collection id and the steam server token. The rest you can change once it's running.

Ask Munin

Munin reads your server's console, logs and files, explains what's going on and proposes the fix. Nothing changes until you press Apply.

How players join

In Garry's Mod, open the console (~) and type connect followed by the address from your server page, or add it as a favourite in Find Multiplayer Game.

How do I become admin?

Garry's Mod has no admin system of its own. Add ULX and ULib, then make yourself superadmin from the console. Munin walks you through it.

Why do players see purple and black textures?

They're missing content: often Counter-Strike: Source content that TTT maps use, or addons that aren't set to download when joining.

Do I need a Steam server token?

No, it's optional. Without one the server still works and shows in the list, but ranks lower there.

Where are the servers?

In a data centre in Helsinki, Finland, with DDoS protection. That gives low ping to players across Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark.

How fast is my server ready?

Usually within a few minutes of paying. We email you the address, and the control panel shows when it's online.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel under Billing and the server runs until the end of the period you've paid for. Within 14 days of ordering you can change your mind completely and only pay for the days you used.
